Broker Remarks

This fine flybridge craft is a good example of her brand and is offered in a very tidy condition with less than average hours on her engines. She has full teak decks - a large spacious flybridge area and a further lounging area above the aft cabin. The access to the saloon is via port and starboard side sliding doors - the galley is aft of the starboard situated helm, with spacious dinette to port. She is fitted with twin Ford Lehman 90hp diesel engines giving speeds of up to 10 Knots making her equally at home on long distance crossings, coastal waters or inland waterways. Accommodation

From forward: 2 V berths in the forward cabin with ensuite toilet and wash basin. Escape hatch to the forward deck - steps up to the main saloon area featuring helm to starboard with access door adjacent to the helm seat. 6 spoked wooden style steering wheel, seperate engine and gear controls with engine instrumentation overhead. To port is an L shaped settee with folding table giving seating for six in comfort. The spacious galley is to starboard, and features full size domestic units - ample storage with a single sink supplied by hot and cold water, 4 burner hob gas fed. A further access door to the portside of the vessel is aft of the dinette. There are steps down to the aft cabin with a double berth to portside - a large ensuite toilet and shower to starboard and access to the aft deck via an escape/entrance hatch. There is ample storage for both hanging and drawer style.

Mechanical and Rigging

C-Kip 34 built in 1980 by Ocean Cruisers. 750 hours run on engines To the exterior the craft is encompassed by solid side decks approx 12" wide all teak covered and surrounded by a good side rail topped by stainless steel and teak cappings. Forward of the vessel is a pulpit with bowsprit for anchor storage. Traditional style opening hatch to the forward cabin and a flat forward deck for sunbathing, again, all teak covered. To the aft the craft has teps up to the aft deck sunbathing area, again surrounded by stainless steel with teak timber cappings and further steps to the flybridge area. Space for 6 people in comfort. 2 x 90hp Ford Lehman engines via conventional shaft drive to 2 bladed propellers. 3 x battery, shore power and battery charger.
