1996 Broom 345 OS for sale in Kent:
This Broom 345 OS has a practical design incorporating an aft deck cockpit that was manufactured between 1996 and 1999. Fitted with a Raymarine digital radar, AIS, Raymarine touchscreen Chart Plotter. A 2019 survey is available upon request. All recommendations have been completed. Engines were replaced 2007 and last serviced in June 2021. The engines have only completed 30 hours since the last service and have a total of 430 hours as at 8th January 2024. The hull has just been polished, anodes changed, steering serviced and a new propeller fitted. A berth in Gillingham Marina, Kent is available.

This Broom 345 OS is fitted with twin Volvo Penta D6-310 EVC diesel engines 310HP each that were fitted new in 2007 with new gearboxes, shafts and props. Engine have completed approx. 430 hours as at 8th January 2024. Engines last serviced June 2021 and only completed 30 hours since.Through tunnel Bowthruster. Hynautiv hydraulic steering. Adjustable trim tabs with gauges. 2 rope cutters fitted to shafts. Water cooled with a new fresh water pump. 910L fuel capacity between 2 stainless steel tanks. New propeller fitted January 2024.
Electrical Systems:
2 x 12v Engine batteries and 2 x domestic batteries all charged from engine alternator and via 240 V New sterling battery charger. 220V shore power system with sockets throughout 240V immersion heater. Victron 1600 watt inverter. Galvanic isolator.

This Broom 345OS was built in 1996, commissioned and launched in 1997. It has white GRP hull and topsides with Stainless steel guardrails and a mix of teak and synthetic teak decks. It has a deep V hull which gives great stability at sea. New Volvo Penta D6-310 engines, shafts and props were fitted at a cost of over £47,000 in 2007. New prop fitted in January 2024. Last out of the water in January 2024 when she was antifouled, hull polished and anodes changed. A 2019 survey is available upon request. This vessel has a Boat Safety Scheme Certificate valid until September 2022.
