Broker Remarks

Standard deep keel version of this popular offshore cruising yacht the Beneteau Oceanis 473. Sloop rigged with in-mast mainsail and headsail furling. A 2008 cruising chute completes the sail package. Electric genoa sheet winches and 2-speed halyard winches make sail handling easy. Powered by a 78hp Volvo diesel with shaft drive and a 3-bladed fixed pitch propeller which gives an economical 7 knots cruising speed under power.

Accommodation comprises of owners en-suite cabin forward and two double aft cabins with a second heads compartment. Separate navigation station and well equipped 'L' shaped galley. Equipped with a good cruising inventory and an extensive electronics package. A little used and very well presented example of the Beneteau Oceanis 473. that has only cruised the south coast, now looking for a new owner to take her further afield. 


Currently ashore in South Devon a 45 minute drive from our office.

Navigation station to port with switch panels, instrumentation and chart table.

Second head to port with sea toilet, and basin shower and holding tank.

Twin double cabins aft, with hanging lockers and stowage.
