Broker Remarks
This Beneteau First 21.7 is a fantastic example; she is in excellent condition and has been well cared for by the current owners.
Over the years, she has had continual upgrades and a high-level maintenance schedule.
This is the perfect yacht for a newcomer to yachting, somebody returning to yachting or downsizing. She comes with a RM twin axle road trailer, so if you have some land at home she can be packed away and stored at home during the winter months making this a very versatile option.
She also benefits from an almost as-new condition set of North Pentax sails and a new North Sails Spinnaker. She has a good electronics package and a very reliable Yamaha 5hp 2-stroke outboard engine.
The current owner has owned her for seven years and has mainly used her as a coastal daysailor with the occasional weekend spent aboard.
