Broker Remarks
With just two very carefull owners from new, This boat is in very good order. She has had fitted seat covers from new so the original upholstery is in as new condition. She is in Nice at the moment (April 07 ) and will be in Cannes for the film festival.
Accommodation
The forepeak has a crew cabin with two berths. Moving aft there are two double berth cabins both with en-suite heads (marine wc, hot/cold showerhead and basin). The saloon has a large seating area on the portside around a polished wood table. The galley is opposite the saloon. It is well equipped with a Force 10 3 burner stove with oven and grill (new 2006), a two bowl stainless steel sink with pressurized hot/cold water supply, an icebox and a fridge, plenty of storage cupboards and a 12 place dining set. The Navigation station is on the starboard side and houses the switch panel. The two large aft cabins provide good double berths, they also have en-suite heads with marine wc, hot/cold showerheads and basins. Each cabin has good sized lockers. 12v fans in each cabin. One head has a Blackwater holding tank (2006).

Good quality Beneteau Construction. white hull and topsides with Blue waterline and top side painted stripes (2005) Yanmar 43H 84hp diesel engine driving a three bladed propellor via shaft. 6x Batteries (2x engine, 4x Service), Shorepower, Invertor and battery charger. Aluminium alloy mast and boom. Slab reefed Dacron mailsail and furling genoa. Spare Mainsail. Assymetric spinnaker (no pole).
