Broker Remarks
This Bella 652 has been owned by the present owner since new. She has been well maintained and has had minimum use with approx 100 hours on the 4.3 litre Volvo Penta engine. She has a fast turn of speed and cruises comfortably at 25 knots with a maximum of 41 knots.
Accommodation
Large comfortable double berth in forward area.
Saloon has a dining table area which converts into an additional double berth. The forward seat also has a moveable backrest to convert into forward facing navigator seat.
Fitted with a sea toilet, which is accessed by pivoting the rear double seat in the saloon, has a wrap around privacy curtain.
Galley:
Wallas stove and cabin heater with stainless steel sink and pressurised fresh water supply. Also a blown hot air system provided via the engine.
Mechanical and Rigging
Built by Bella Boats in Finland in 2006, both hull and deck are constructed of GRP.
The cabin sole is finished in teak and holly veneer with cushioned upholstery in dark blue fabric.
Self draining cockpit with extended teak laid bathing platform, boarding ladder and access step to cockpit
The teak laid cockpit has factory fitted cushions and access hatch to engine bay to allow ease of maintenance.
The front windscreen is kept clear by twin wiper blades, washer system and hot air demister.
Fiited with a sunroof which slides open to allow additional ventilation.
Mechanical:
Powered by a Volvo Penta 4.3 GXI-GF 225hp petrol engine (approx 100 hours) through a sterndrive to a 3 bladed duo propellor. The engine is also fitted with a Volvo Penta QL active corrosion protection system. Last serviced January 2012.
Fitted with trim tabs and a Volvo Penta EVC system.
