Mechanical and Rigging

White GRP hull with Kevlar reinforced bow for impact resistance. PUR Foam sandwich construction for heat & noise insulation, isophthalic epoxy resins utelised for resistance to moisture ingress and osmosis. GRP deck finished in non-slip gelcoat with the wide bulwarks teak capped. The cockpit seating & sole are teak laid. Stainless grab handles along coachroof, companionway & the bathing platform. Volvo D2-55 4cyl 55hp diesel, approx 300 hrs (Oct '06). Morse lever control with panel on binnacle. Volvo MS25S saildrive gearbox, Maxprop ropecutter with 3 bladed folding prop. A range of approx 230 miles on the 50 gallon fuel tank, max 9 kts at 3,000rpm, 7kts cruising. Two fresh water tanks, (230l & 150l) each filled from deck fittings.
