Broker Remarks

'Dafodil', Bavaria 36 Cruiser (2011 Model). A rare opportunity to purchase this Farr-designed Bavaria Cruiser 36 at a considerable saving over the new price - Very lightly used! This two cabin model only handed over to her current owner in Spring 2011 and is now reluctantly being sold due to ill health. She is well equipped with in-mast mainsail reefing, heating, full suite of Garmin navigation equipment including plotter and autopilot. Lying Conwy Marina, North Wales

Accommodation

2 cabin layout with 1 large double forecabin [master] and 1 double aft cabin. 6 berths in cabins and saloon. Light oak interior with contrasting dark upholstery.

Large forward cabin with double berth, lockers and opening roof hatches.

Forward, in the main saloon is an L-shaped lounge to starboard and another couch to port. The table has folding leaves on both sides to help with movement around the boat.

The galley is to starboard and comprises a twin stainless-steel sink, a twin burner gas cooker with oven, a microwave and plenty of cupboard space. Refridgeration is via a 12-volt top-opening fridge. There is an overhead hatch and opening port for ventilation while cooking and the whole thing comes together well.

Opposite is the bathroom with a pump-out marine toilet, substantial shower stall, vanity area and a wet locker. Again, an overhead hatch and opening port are there to provide ventilation.

Up on deck, there is a roomy cockpit with wide cockpit seats - wider than in some much larger boats and quite comfortable.

The transom folds down on substantial hinges to form a big swim platform with a built-in ladder -- ideal for getting in and out of the dinghy.

Hot water from calorifier and immersion switch.
Warm air heating with outlets in saloon and cabins.
Bulkhead mounted TV c/w TV antenna at masthead
CD/Radio with internal and external speakers
Black out blinds on all portholes and hatches
80L Holding tank
