Broker Remarks

This is the cleanest example of a Bavaria 36 you will find on the market. She could easily be mistaken for being over 10 years newer than she is.
A credit to the one owner from new, she has been meticulously maintained to the highest standard.
An all over cover has been fitted to the rear cockpit, which makes a cozy dry area for when tied up on the berth.
Her Navigation electronics have been updated, along with various upgrades to the rigging to make her a very capable sea boat. She has been cruised extensively during her life so far.
Inside she is fitted out in Hard Wood, with blue upholstery. As with the rest of the boat, this is in exceptional condition with hardly any signs of wear.
The Volvo Diesel inboard engine is original to the boat, and has ran for 1200 hours, but is still in a like new condition. Serviced every season.
The bilges are immaculate, and maintained to a high standard.
In summary, a fine boat, in immaculate condition and ready to cruise away tomorrow.
Offered for Sale by Network Yacht Brokers Milford Haven, and lying afloat ready to view.
