Broker Remarks
This is a fine example of this very popular cruiser. Good spacious accommodation is provided throughout. Ideal for both small and large families alike. However a well planned cockpit means that short handed sailing is also possible if so required. She is very well equipped and comes with an especially good range of electronics. Accommodation
8 berths are provided in 3 cabins plus the saloon. 2 double cabins are located aft and large double forward with two opening hatches. Each cabin has a hanging wardrobe and shelf stowage. The vessel also benefits from a spacious heads/shower with separate entrances from both the main saloon and forward cabin The heads comprise of sea toilet, wash basin, shower, mirror and locker housing all related sea cocks. A holding tank is also situated in a locker in the heads. The main saloon comprises of a double folding leaf table with two settees either side. Ample stowage lockers, lighting throughout and large opening hatch. Chart table and galley located aft. The galley offers a gimballed 2 burner gas stove and oven, double stainless steel sink with mixer tap, and fridge. Stowage is provided both underneath the sink and above the cooker.   Further additional stowage is provided underneath the settees in the main saloon.
