Broker Remarks

This is a Bavaria 32 in SUPERB condition which has been looked after very well with many extras and little use. Tax Paid. Following purchase last year the current owner decided to add to the existing good inventory and equipment and also arranged for preventative epoxy treatment to be undertaken whilst the yacht was on the hard, all executed professionally and in consultation with his surveyor. An exhaustive check was carried out prior to the previous sale and any item requiring attention was attended to professionally even including light bulbs, leaking tap to small nicks in the gelcoat in the cockpit. The yacht was antifouled ready for this season and will have an engine service shortly. Recent surveys are available for inspection but on the basis that absolutely no liability or claim is accepted for the accuracy or otherwise of their contents whatsoever regardless of the circumstances and howsoever arising and irrespective of any negligence or other breach of duty.
