Broker Remarks
Hull epoxied 1989. Been with this owner since 1990 and only for sale as owner moving abroad. Wooden surround in cockpit which can be removed but useful when sailing with small children. She has the advantage of a nearly new engine and sails and has been well looked after by her current owners. Wintered ashore last 16 years.
Accommodation
Port and starboard settee/single berths, forecabin with double berth. Heads compartment with Baby Brydon toilet and washbasin. Galley with cooker and sink. New cushions and upholstery 2006. Good stowage throughout the boat.
Mechanical and Rigging
Designed by Peter Brohall with over 1200 made, very strongly laid up boat with good manners. Beta 2 cylinder 13.5hp diesel driving a 2 bladed propeller. Engine fitted new in 2004 together with controls, exhaust, filters, coupling, shaft and propeller, control panel, fuel tank, inlet filter and fittings, stern bearing and seals. 2 x 12v batteries both 85 amp/hr, both 2005 plus new switch panel and distribution panel. Charged by engine driven alternator 40 amp output. 10 gallons diesel and 16 gallons water. Spare parts/servicing kit for Beta. Alloy mast and boom both Proctor, spinnaker pole. Slab reefing to main and Rotostay furling system to genoa( new bearings 2006). Main and furling genoa (both new 2003), spinnaker, No. 1 & 2 jib, storm jib. Mast serviced in 2000 with various new parts, sheaves etc. 2 x Lewmar 16 ST winches.

Sestrel compass, VDO log, Seafarer depth, Apelco VHF. New winter cover, fire extinguishers, fire blanket, bilge pump, 9 fenders, various warps, boarding ladder, sprayhood, dodgers, cockpit cushions, cockpit grating, Bruce anchor with chain and warp. 8' GRP dinghy with oars, 3hp Evinrude outboard. Lots of bits and general sailing kit collected over the last 16 years.
