There are adequate clean wheeled bins, emptied regularly by the council. 24 hour CCTV operates and the car-ways and walk-ways are well-lit. Beyond to the shore side is pleasant established woodland. There are no nearby or overlooking road or rail bridges, so it is very quiet and away from traffic fumes. Moorings fees are usually £1 per foot length of boat per week, paid four-weekly in advance. (Generous discounts may be available for quarterly or annual advance payments). Council Tax is Band A the cheapest Band and in Medway this is only £792 a year. If you are on your own, with single persons discount, this is only £594 for the full year. But, for the buyer, it is always your responsibility to introduce yourself and confirm all arrangements, including those above, prior to purchase
