The Moody 422 is widely regarded as one of the most capable cruising yachts of her era. She is solid, steady and reassuring under way, with a stiff hull form and balanced helm that make longer passages comfortable and predictable. Her centre cockpit offers security at sea, while below decks she feels far larger than her 42 feet would suggest.

The layout works particularly well for extended Mediterranean cruising, with three separate cabin areas and two heads providing privacy and practicality when hosting family or friends. The generous aft owner’s cabin is a standout feature, and the saloon offers excellent dining and relaxation space at anchor.
