Broker Remarks

The Sigma 362, designed by David Thomas, has proved to be a fast, well-mannered and easily handled family cruiser. The spacious layout below is both practical and seamanlike, whether at sea or in the harbour. This excellent example has been carefully maintained and is presented for sale in good condition and is ready to sail away having just been antifouled for the coming season (March 2020). This Sigma 362 is priced to sell. A 2011 survey is available on request. This yacht has had considerable funds spent on it over the past few months. The owner has purchased a larger yacht.

Accommodation

There are seven berths in three cabins, with two double cabins separate from the main accommodation. The saloon has a dinette to port, converting to double berth with single settee berth opposite and pilot berth outboard. Fixed table with drop leaves. Opening Lewmar hatch. Good sized chart table to starboard with galley opposite.

The galley has a new AquaChef three-burner gimballed gas cooker with grill and oven with an opening hatch above. Twin stainless-steel sinks. Hot and cold pressurised water system. 228 litre total freshwater capacity in two plastic tanks. A seawater cooled refrigerator. Separate heads to starboard with marine toilet, shower and washbasin.
