Accommodation
The accommodation is in first class condition finished entirely in a mahogany finish. Blue carpets, blue curtains and blue upholstery. Teak floor with inlaid holly stripe, matt finish. Carpet fitted with press-studs to prevent slipping. Inspection openings in the floor where needed. LED lighting throughout. Stereo radio/cassette player with stereo speakers in main saloon. Ceilings forward and aft are lined and the saloon ceiling has lining with decorative mahogany stripes. Curtains are on all portholes and all skylights, the headroom is 1.91 metres in the saloon. Good storage is available in all areas of the boat. Al larger cupboard doors are louvered and all boards under berth cushions have ventilation holes. Mahogany cladding is located in the cavity spaces behind backrests of settees and berths for good ventilation. The hull is insulated with foam against heat and cold.
SALOON:
A solid mahogany mast support is fitted next to the main bulkhead. Settee berths either side with lifting backrests to provide additional width for sleeping. Four cupboards and two sets of bookshelves are in the main saloon along with under seat lockers for further stowage. There is a permanent mahogany drop-leaf table with bottle stowage in the opening centre section. There is ceiling ventilation, grab rails and a skylight, large ship's brass clock and barometer on the forward bulkhead. Brass clock and barometer on bulkhead.
GALLEY:
Working surface in wood effect laminate with strong all around fiddle rail. Insulated icebox with 12v Frigomatic refrigeration unit. Double sink with pressurised hot and cold fresh water. Hand pump at sink for fresh water as reserve. 2-burner Optimus gas cooker with oven, gimballed with fiddle rails and locking device. Crockery locker, cutlery drawer and further drawers and a cupboard for saucepans and other kitchen utensils.
HEADS:
Bulkheads and lockers in white laminate. Watertight shower stall, teak grating, china washbasin and large mirror. Mixer tap in washbasin is pulled out for shower use. Shower water drained by electric pump directly overboard without going into bilges. Pump action sea toilet with anti-syphon loop. Various cupboards and ventilation through ventilator, opening porthole and hatch. Headroom 1.87m (6' 2").
FORWARD CABIN:
Two berths with ample stowage above and below. There is an infill board and cushion to create one large double berth. One large wardrobe and side cupboard with draws. Opening hatch provides ventilation and light.
CHART TABLE:
Chart table with seat looking forward. Instrument shelf and bookshelf. Stowage for charts. Drawers and stowage slots. There is a larger rubber sealed 2-door access to the engine room off the walk through. On the port side behind the navigator's seat there are 2 hanging lockers and cupboards. Electrical switch panel with fuel and water gauges.
AFT CABIN:
Aft cabin has two comfortable berths, double to starboard, single to port. Stowage room below and above. Starboard bunk is 10cm wider than normal.
Mechanical and Rigging
Volvo Penta MD22, 4-Cylinder Diesel engine, output 57 HP. Full service history available. The engine is freshwater cooled.
Engine hours approximately 2650 approx
Timing belt and water pump renewed. Brunton Auto-prop 3-bladed propeller with rope cutter. Engine hour meter in the cockpit. Two stainless steel fuel tanks, total capacity 345 litres. Two stainless steel water tanks, in total 355 litres. Water pressure system gives free flow of water to heads, galley and shower. Hot water tank (insulated) with 230v immersion heater. Electric bilge pump and manual bilge pump.
BOW THRUSTER:
Bow Prop with foot switches at steering position.
HEATING:
Webasto Airtop 32 Diesel heater mounted in engine room, thermostatically controlled. Heater outlets ni forward cabin, saloon and aft cabin.
ELECTRICS:
One 12v 60Ah battery for engine start. Three 12v 110Ah batteries, total capacity 330Ah for domestic use on board. The batteries are located under the berth in the aft cabin in a ventilated box. Charging of batteries is via a 55A alternator with Sterling Alternator Booster. Electric switch panel is located behind the chart table in the walkthrough. There are gauges for the diesel and water tanks. Battery monitor and 12v sockets at the chart table, forecabin and in the cockpit.
Full 230v shore power connection system, with distribution box in engine room to ring main, immersion heater and battery charger.
