Broker Remarks

This Hunter Legend 365 is an exceptional example, she has had lots of upgrades and has been well maintained throughout her life, this is evident judging by the condition of the vessel and her equipment.
The current owners have owned her for the last two years and have spent considerable money on improvements and general maintenance, she was professionally polished for this season including the coachroof, capping rail and cockpit and she looks great.
She has been copper coat antifouled which was professionally applied within the last four years and is in very good condition, she also had new seacocks and bronze skin fittings replaced throughout in 2018. The standing rigging and running rigging was new in 2018, a new set of sails were purchased in October 2018 for the 2019 season.
She has an adequate navigation inventory and an AIS system was installed in 2018 as well.
The safety equipment is also vast with a new liferaft, horseshoe lifebuoy, rescue sling, carbon monoxide alarm and smoke alarms installed in 2018. She also has an EPIRB which had a battery in 2018.
All of the interior lights have been changed to LED lamps as well as the masthead tricolour.
There is a genuine reason for the sale, as the vendors are looking to get a larger yacht as a liveaboard for extended cruising.

Owners Remarks:

We have loved owning and sailing Gracie around the South West Coast.  Her amazingly spacious accommodation and her bilge keels have allowed us to experience sunset and sunrise in the most beautiful places.  Her in-mast furling and bow thruster makes her a dream to sail and easy to manoeuvre.  We have put a great deal of effort into making her perfect in every way and had intended keeping her longer, but now we are moving onto a larger yacht as a live-aboard for travels further afield.  We have enjoyed bringing Gracie into tip-top shape and we hope someone continues to enjoy her the way we have.
