Broker Remarks
Some 690 units of this popular design were built form 1979 to 1993. A robust yacht with calm sailing characteristics. Family friendly with modern features was the concept created by Christoph Rassy in collaboration with Olle Enderlein based on a development of the ever popular Monsun 31. Draft of 1.6m to facilitate access to areas normally restricted to boats of this size. Encapsulated cast iron keel with space between the keel and sole used for tanks. Internally spaciousness has been prioritised over berths. The floor plan contains a L-shaped sofa on the starboard side, a corner galley by the entrance hatch, forward-facing chart table, toilet amidships and a spacious master cabin forward. All finished in hand sanded mahogany in the usual Hallberg-Rassy style. There is full head room throughout. Deck stepped mast and a yacht that provides comfortable steady seaworthy movement in a seaway and with a neutral balance. This Hallberg-Rassy has been very well maintained with replacement engine, sail drive, folding propeller, sails, spray hood, B&G and battery management system. This proven cruiser is a rarity in these waters and "Ursula" presents an opportunity to get cruising in a quality Hallberg-Rassy now.
