Broker Remarks

1982 LM 27 £17,500
The well-known LM 27 needs no introduction - this hugely successful and well-built double ender has become a modern classic. A proper little motorsailer with good performance under sail or power. The shallow draft makes her ideal for exploring the creeks and rivers of the East Coast and beyond. This vessel is also fitted with a bowthruster to make handling in the marina easier. This boat has been exceptionally well maintained, and a better example would be hard to find. "Habi" has been copper coated in the past but does have some signs of osmosis in a limited area. This is reflected in the asking price.
