This Moody 30 is from the hugely successful Moody family of yachts, she was one of the great designs from Angus Primrose. She has been lovingly maintained buy her current owners who are very experienced skippers who have cruised her all over the South coast of the UK and further afield, with trips to the Channel Islands, France and the Isles of Scilly.
The quality of build is outstanding! Not much in this day in age will stand up against; she has a very thick layup which gives huge confidence in her stability and sea keeping qualities.
The Moody 30 has great accommodation for a 30 footer below decks she has a very good size double berth in the forecabin, she also has a very spacious feel in the saloon with the folding saloon table that creates another excellent size double berth, there is a single settee berth to port and a quarter berth to starboard. As she has no aft cabin this creates a great size cockpit which although large, at sea feels very safe and at harbour is a very luxurious social entertaining space for friends and family.
The Moody 30 is a proven yacht from of her era and would certainly stand the test of time and be just as sought after in years to come.
