Hunter 707 for sale built in 1995 (Hull# 1) by Hunter Boats this performance sailing yacht was designed by David Thomas (renowned for famous designs such as the Sigmas, Impala and Sonata). This is a highly competitive sailing yacht, with proven performance having recently gained second place in the Admirals Cup, Plymouth. This Hunter 707 has an IRC rating of 0.911 (2018)

The Hunter 707 is an exciting and fun sportsboat. Upwind speeds of typically 5½ knots and regular downwind speeds exceeding 12 to 14 knots are sometimes surpassed by memorable sleigh rides clocking 16 knots plus. The open plan interior is built from Hunter’s proven combination of bonded-in floors together with substantial plywood bulkheads and bunk fronts.

FEELING ROUGH has a copper coated hull, reducing the requirement for regular antifouling. She is powered by a 3.3hp mercury outboard, in the Hunter tradition clever design allows the engine and mounting bracket to be neatly stowed away when racing, with easy transition to motoring mode.  Sails and winches were serviced in  2018.
