Her 10hp Honda outboard has electric start and the engines charges the 2 batteries. She has a good set of sails which have been lightly used. The Etap 21i sleeps 4 in 4 single berths but the forward twin berths have a fill-in to make a double. The galley area has a twin burner stove. She can be easily sailed single or short handed with her roller reefing genoa and all main lines led back to the cockpit and she comes with a Tiller pilot autohelm. There is good navigation electronics with a Garmin GPS 192 plotter and a Cobra DSC/VHF radio.
The Etap 21i shares with the whole Etap range its unsinkability with a foam cored deck which makes her very stiff, this added to her tandem keel makes her a quick boat. The construction technique also makes her extremely quite below and also very dry with no condensation.
