Broker Remarks

This 1988 Westerly Storm is a superb and safe cruiser/racer with the well known characteristics of the Westerly Storm. Owners comments 'We have sailed extensively in the south west in all weathers and she points well in strong winds. We have had absolutely no trouble over the past 6 ½ years. Each year has seen us visiting various havens including the Channel Islands and this year Brittany where we enjoyed the Bay of Biscay over a 2 month period, leaving her briefly in Cammeret and Lorient whilst we returned to the UK'. She has been extremely well maintained and the extensive equipment includes radar, GPS and Navtex. The internal comfort has been enhanced by relining the interior and extending the fore peak for taller crew members.
