Westerly Riviera for sale. Bilge keel version of this ever popular family cruiser from Westerly Yachts and the board of Ed Dubois. Fitted with the more powerful 43hp Volvo diesel and dual station helm positions. Sloop rigged with in-mast mainsail furling and Rotostay headsail furling. The accommodation comprises of three double berths in two en-suite cabins plus the saloon. Purchased by the present owner in 2009 and refitted and equipped with a huge inventory for long term cruising.Currently based in San Lorenzo Al Mare on the beautiful Italian Riviera, just a short drive from Monaco and served by several airports including Nice.  Marina fees are paid until June 2014.

Forepeak: Surprisingly large double bed with a dressing seat to the side.  Cupboard storage at the foot and multiple teak finished opening cupboards to either side of the bed.  Wardrobe to port side and full height mirror fitted to back of door.  Two ceiling lights and one spot light and one fan.  Extensive storage under the bed in heavily built compartments. Additional:  Anchor windlass and 1kw inverter housed in cupboard.  Smoke alarm.  Access to forward seacocks under the bed.  Opening hatch above.  Floors panelled out in oak in 2011.  Depth sounder and speed log below.  Fire extinguisher.

Forward en suite heads: Access to the forward heads is made either from the forepeak or main saloon.  The forward heads is large for a boat of this length and has sink, shower head and Jabsco sea toilet.  The shower has an electric pump out.  Mirrored storage to starboard side and teak gratings to floor.  Opening hatch.

Main Saloon: Main saloon with wrap around windows giving excellent visibility and a wonderful feeling of spaciousness. Fridge, sink and cooker are down the Starboard side, with extensive storage cupboards and drawers beneath.  Sink has pressurised hot and cold water with back up foot pump. Settee and dining table to Port side with handy storage alongside and large storage below. Small chart table and hanging wardrobe beneath. Helm position, instruments and switch panel to the starboard side with Morse controls for engine. Excellent access to engine and batteries below the floor. Eberspacher heating control with outputs in saloon, forepeak and aft cabins.

Aft cabin: Double berth to starboard side with hanging wardrobe and cupboard.  Storage beneath.      Additional:  Ceiling light, spot light, oak panelled flooring and step.  Access to aft seacocks.

Aft heads (en suite): Smaller heads with Jabsco sea toilet, shower and mirrored storage.  Electric pump out for shower.  Opening hatch.  This heads outputs to an 80 litre black water holding tank in the external stern locker. Teak grating to heads floor.
