Broker Remarks
A very worthy successor to the Westerly Centaur , the Griffon was superior in everyway. This came at a price and made them relatively expensive in their day. Today this comes out in the fine build quality making this a strong sturdy bilge keeler which sails extremely well and can take seas and weather that keep many more modern yachts in harbor. Her engine has been rebuilt in her life time and is regularly serviced. The main was new in 2011 and has been little used.The standing rigging was replaced in 2004 and a new DSC radio installed in 2013.
Accommodation
The Westerly Griffon sleeps 5 with a good heads and galley areas. The saloon is spacious and there is ample storage throughout the yacht. The use of quality joinery gives the interior a very real quality feel.
