Broker Remarks
Built by David Lund in Bristol and fitted out at Woodbridge in 1981, designed by Weston Farmer. Extremely heavy and superbly seaworthy. Fitted out for safe and comfortable sailing in all weathers, all electrics backed up by mechanical systems in case of power failure. Hull and deck are steel and the coachrood wood, insulated throughout and the hull epoxied below the waterline. In all a wonderful world cruiser, comprehensively equipped and capable of sailing anywhere in safety at a budget price to suit all pockets.
Accommodation
Large V double berth in forecabin. Toilet compartment to port with sea water toilet. Saloon with port and starboard settee/berths with lee cloths, navigation station to starboard with forward facing seat. Galley to port with taylors paraffin cooker with twin tanks, stainless steel sinks. The saloon is light and airy with prism deck lights as well as ports, green cotton/canvas upholstery, teak trim hardwood.
Mechanical and Rigging
Lister 20hp air cooled 4 cylinder diesel. New 105 amp/hr battery and Red Flash staring batteries, spare 105 amp/hr battery. Solar panels. Rutland 913 wind generator with mounting kit, (all new) 2 water tanks 35 gallons each, 2 fuel tanks 15 gallons each. Gaff rigged cutter with solid wooden pressure treated spars and galvinised steel rigging. mainsail, new and unused jib, staysail and topsail, serviceable old jib, staysail and topsail, masthead genoa, storm trysail.

VHF Demek, Yaesu worl wide radio transceiver, Garmin GPS12 with remote antenna, depth with cokpit rptr, Walker mechanical log, trim tab wind vane self steering, bronze sestral compass, 2 digital hand bearing compasses, charts,pilots etc for whole of UK, Scottish Islands, Norway etc, new charts (05) from Humber to Bristol via S.Coast 35lb Fob anchor with 10m chain and 100m 14mm nylon rope, 44lb CQR with 60m of 10mm chain, galvanised wire sufficient to replace all standing rigging, Taylors diesel heater, Baby Blake sea toilet, electric and paraffin lights throughout. Tinker Tramp inflatable with sailing rig, horseshoe lifebuoy, dry powder fire extinguishers, cockpit cover, new dodgers, new fenders, various warps, bilge pumps, large quantity of plumbing spares, electrics, lighting, pumps etc , nautical books, marine ply, hardwood, fittings, shackles, paint fenders etc etc.
