We are very pleased to have newly listed a real classic sailor's yacht. This Nautor built Swan 38 is new to the market and has been very well looked after and updated by her present owner, who has had her for 9 years. She has immaculate teak decks and cockpit. Her interior is made up of high quality Finnish joinery in light teak.
She has a complete set of cruising sails all in good order and a compete set of very high quality Aramid race sails which were new in 2013 and have been very lightly used.
Her engine is a Bukh 24 (1999) which was bench reconditioned in 2013 and has done 700 hours. She has a fine inventory of electronics including a large Raymarine C120 plotter with AIS, Radar, Navtex, and Epirb.
The Swan 38 is a true sailor's yacht ,they are at home on transatlantic cruises as they are blasting around the cans on your local race nights. She is a safe fast high quality long distance cruiser which will get through whatever weather is thrown at her .
The Swan 38 can sleep up to nine crew. The forward cabin can be made up into a twin or used as a sail locker. The saloon has two settee berths and two pipe cots both with lee cloths. The rear cabin has a double and a single berth. There is ample storage throughout and the heads and galley are well laid out.
She is currently lying in Lymington and an early viewing is recommended.
The Swan 38 will sleep 9 crew. The fore ward cabin can be set up as a twin berth or a sail locker. The Saloon settee berths are wide and there is two pipe cots all with lee clothes.
The rear cabin has a doulbe to starboard and a single to port. The saloon is spacious with a folding teak table. The heads has a vanity unit and the galley is practical and well laid out. There is ample storage throughout the yacht .
