Accommodation
V berth in forecabin with infil to convert to a double. Toilet compartment tp port with sea water toiler, moulded washbasin with handshower. Hanging locker to starboard. Saloon with port and starboard settee berths whick also pull out for more width. Full size pilot berth above port settee. Quarter berth to port with chart table at head of berth. Galley to starboard with Neptune 2500 2 burner cooker, grill and oven (2007) stainless steel sink with draioner, top loading coolbox with drain. Newish upholstery and headlining. Solid teak trim with teak veneered ply and teak and holly floor.
Mechanical and Rigging
Beta 20hp 3 cylinder diesel new in 2000 with folding 2 bladed propeller, engine hours 735. 2 x 12v batteries charged by 55 amp engine alternator. 10 gallon diesel tank, removed and cleaned 2007. 150 ltrs fresh water. Alloy mast and boom with stainless steel standing rigging plus inner forestay and adjustable backstay. 2 alloy spinnaker poles. All controls led aft. Furlex furling system. Mainsail ( fairly new) all other sails Kemp, furling genoa (2006), storm jib, No1 & 2 jibs, 2 spinnakers one with snuffer. Mainsail cover, lazy jacks, Pac-away system 2006. 2 Lewmar ST16 halyard winches, 2 Lewmar ST42 sheet winches, 2 Lewmar 10 spinny winches. Sails washed & serviced annually.

2 Plastimo bulkhead compasses, coachroof pod with Autohelm speed, depth, wind direction and speed, Navdata, ST4000 autohelm, at the nav station Navico VHF, Autohelm GPS, Autohelm multi depth/log/heading and wind. Sprayhood with grab handles (2006), dodgers, 2 lifebuoys with lights, stainless steel transom boarding ladder, Firdell radar reflector, jackstays, recessed anchor locker with CQR anchor with new chain and warp, various warps and fenders, 2 fire extingusher, fire blanket, brass barometer, 2 bilge pumps.
