Broker Remarks

Engine and outdrive serviced and checked each year at start of season, new propellers fitted in 2001. Hull also checked at start of each season, anti-fouled and topsides polished. Trim tabs fitted. This boat is in good condition and ready to go. The cockpit has white leather seating as new. New full canvas cover fitted by Sealine in January 2007.

Twin berth with lockers below and dining table which converts to double berth. Book rack for charts/manuals etc. Second cabin with access from the main cabin with privacy curtain. Calor gas cooker with 2 rings, grill and sink. Refrigerator with icebox. Cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. Cold water only, separate toilet and shower compartment..
