Broker Remarks
This Rival 36 is in excellent condition, she has been upgraded to her full potential, there is not a thing to do on the Rival 36 apart from step on board and sail off.
Her most recent upgrades include new canvas spray hood, boom cover and cockpit dodgers.
In 2013 the current owners had her standing rigging replaced and running rigging replaced in 2012.
The electronics suite has been completely replaced with a new Garmin HD plotter and radar, the boat also has an AIS transceiver and new Icom DSC VHF radio.
This Rival 36 also boasts a brand new mainsail in 2013, with Ronstan roller bearing cars the accompanying sails are slightly older and made by Crusader Sails, and they are in as new condition.
The yacht has be uprated with a Beta Marine 35hp diesel engine in 2007 and had her last service in 2013; she has also been winterised for the 13/14 winter.
The interior of this Rival 36 is exceptional all Teak interior joinery is in fantastic condition, as is the upholstery.
The current owners have had the Lewmar deck hatches and port lights replaced due to the old ones having suffered from UV crazing; the teak side decks and cockpit are in great condition.
As part of the Rival brand these yachts were built to Lloyd's register, therefore the quality that Rival is known for is ever present in this yacht.
The current owners have cruised this sea kindly yacht extensively, she is fully kitted out for long distance sailing and coastal hopping.
