Broker Remarks

This Princess 35 "Lowenna", for sale with Network Yacht Brokers Plymouth is a timeless classic and a comfortable power yacht that is capable of long haul passages.
Her interior is in excellent condition and provides adequate space for seven comfortable berths.
The current owner of this Princess 35 purchased her in 2008 with only 180 engine hours. (846 engine hours now recorded).
After purchase and at the end of every season since, both engines, gearboxes, stern glands, seawater pumps and seacocks have been inspected and serviced, refurbished or replaced as necessary by qualified and approved engineers (full service and repair log since purchased available).
The current owner and his wife have cruised their much loved Princess 35 as follows; A trip to the Channel Islands and Brittany in 2008.Lowenna was then fitted with a holding tank and a Bimini cover before being cruised to the Mediterranean in 2009 via the Channel Islands and the inland waterways of France - the Seine, Bourbonnais Canals, the Saone and the Rhone.
After overwintering in Port St. Louis, Lowenna then cruised the Mediterranean coasts of France and Spain along with Majorca and Ibiza, in 2010.
After overwintering in Sant Carles, Lowenna was brought back to the river Yealm, again via the inland waterways of France, in 2011. A complete cruising log is available for inspection.
This Princess 35 is in excellent condition, as the current owner has maintained her with no expense spared, and was also fitted with two new four bladed bronze propellers in 2011.
Lowenna was professionally antifouled and the hull and topsides were cleaned and taken back to the original livery in 2012.
This Princess 35 needs to be viewed to appreciate her true class and Lowenna is one of the best Princess 35's that I have seen!
