Broker Remarks
Orkney Pilothouse 20 new to the market. The Amelia B is a lovely easy to manage saltwater fishing boat complete with the desirable inboard diesel engine. She features a cabin which accommodates a v berth with infill and table to convert this space into a little dinette. There is a marine toilet below the cushion also. The road trailer is available by separate negotiation.
The boat appears to be very well maintained and in the broker's opinion she is in super condition. Now lying ashore. Viewing is recommended.

I am the 2nd owner of 'The Amelia 'B''. The vessel's 1st owner dry-stored her under cover and in a shed for the first 14 years of her life and only used her over the summer.
I have kept lots of the bills and receipts from her. She has been regularly serviced by French Marine Motors Ltd and I have always had her pulled her out of the water for a few months over the winter period and winterised the engine, heads and put a heater on etc;
2018 - New anodes were fitted to the engine and she had a full service.
2019 - A new timing belt and water pump were fitted and she had a full service.
2020 - She had new bellows and a full service.
She has been stored ashore and winterised each winter.
She has been antifouled each year.
She was last surveyed on 1st February 2017.
I believe that overall she is in excellent condition and has low engine hours.
