Broker Remarks
This boat was built and designed by Don MacClean in 1969, he was a shipwright foreman for Camper and Nicholson. She remained in his ownership until 1999 when she was purchased by the current owner. She is canoe sterned and built to an extremely high standard. She is in excellent condition and is ready to sail.
Accommodation
Saloon port and starboard settee/berths, teak gratings to floor, forepeak predominantly as sail locker/store. Samll cgart table to port with galley to starboard with single burner gas cooker.
Mechanical and Rigging
Watermota Shrimp 5hp engine, engine rebuilt 50 hrs ago. 8 gallon fuel tank Wooden mast and boom with stainless steel standing rigging, furling system to foresail. New mainsail, 2 old mainsails, 2 jibs, genoa.
Inventory
Depth sounder, steering compass, Icom hand held VHF, Magellan GPS, Walker log. Fire extinguisher, bilge pump, horseshoe lifebuoy, stainless steel stanchions and guardrails, cockpit cover, anchor and chain.
