Accommodation
The Beneteau Oceanis 331 offers 6 berths in 3 cabins with approx. 6'3" max. headroom. There is a double berth forward with hanging locker to port. A saloon with 2 settee berths and drop leaf saloon table. The starboard settee converts to a double berth. Two fixed hull ports. TV Ariel and TV fitted 2016.
It has an Aft facing chart table to port with storage space for books etc. It has a separate heads compartment starboard with Jabsco marine toilet (new pump 2019), 80 litre holding tank (new 2014) and wash basin. The U Shaped Galley is to port with Nelson two-burner gas cooker with oven and grill new 2016, stainless steel sink, 60 litre GRP ice box with 12v refrigeration unit.
The large aft cabin is to Starboard and has a large double berth with hanging locker. Green and cream upholstery. Curtains in saloon. Pressurised hot and cold water system, heated by immersion heater and via calorifer off the engine. 296 litre Plastic water tank. It has a 2KW Eberspacher diesel fired cabin heating system with two outlets. JVC Stereo system.

Fractional rigged sloop with single spreader rig. Deck stepped anodised Sparcraft aluminium mast and boom. Sparcraft Spinnaker pole. Stainless steel standing rigging (new 2012). Terylene running rigging replaced since 2013. Single line slab reefing mainsail with Lazyjacks and lazybag with lines led aft to cockpit. Sprung rod kicker. Facnor roller furling system. All lines led aft to Spinlock clutches in the cockpit.
