This is no ordinary Moody Lancer she is exceptional! The current owner has completely refurbished this extraordinary Moody Lancer, there has been no expense spared and absolutely no corners cut.
The Moody Lancer was moulded by Tyler's and fitted out by Moody her construction is a solid GRP construction between 23/25mm thick, built to Llyods 100A1 AND lmc standard, she is built to last and the integrity of the hull is superb.
This Moody Lancer needs to be viewed to really feel what the owner was trying to achieve during the refit. She is like no other, simply an exceptional classic boat that should not be overlooked!

USUTU was one of only 2 x Moody Lancers fitted with stabilisers out of the five built
She had Vosper Thorneycroft mini fins fitted, the fin assemblies are engineered to a remarkably high standard and are in very good condition and show very little wear, they were retained, as was the original oil tank, the rest of the entire system was replaced with a total Naiad & lsquo; Multisea 2' installation (refit 2012/13)

Mechanics:
Complete engine room refit, basically started from scratch apart from the shafts and bearings as they were heavily over specified from new and still in excellent condition, therefore they were retained.
The engine refit was completed with the very best quality components, literally everything has been replaced, and the result is a fantastic and practical installation, any engineer minded purchaser will really appreciate  the fit out!
Powered by two x Nanni N4, 115hp diesels (Kubota based industrial non-electronic); commissioned May 2013

Large Racor 900 filters with vacuum gauges, capable of filtering 341 litres per hour, fitted with clear bowls, plus solid if required; they are plumbed in a way that allows both engines to run off one x filter either continually or temporarily whilst changing a filter element.
