Broker Remarks

Network Yacht Brokers Plymouth offer this Moody 36 for sale, she is the best Moody 36 of her era I have ever seen.
The Moody 36 has a centre cockpit which is a good practical feel, she benefits from a full cockpit tent that can be kept up whilst under sail or dropped to the deck if preferred. The Moody 36 is the Angus Primrose designed yacht built in 1981 by Marine Projects in Plymouth. Marine Projects constructed yachts at this time with a heavy layup which were built to last and are still stronger than many of the modern day yachts.
The Moody 36 has a spacious deck that feel very open and easy to work around, all lines are led aft so everything can be controlled from the cockpit.
Below deck also has a very open feel with excellent continuity from the forepeak through to the aft cabin. She has three cabins including the saloon that offer good size berths especially the aft cabin that also has an en-suite.
She has an Eberspacher diesel heater with outlets in all cabins, the galley has a new two burner hob, grill, and oven and also boats hot and cold pressurised water. (All of the plumbing has been replaced throughout the boat along with the shower head, taps and hand basins in the heads)
The owners cruise her almost every week around the Southwest coastline and sometimes even further afield. When I say this Moody 36 is ready to jump on board and sail away, I really mean it, all of her systems are in excellent working condition, the owners do what many owners do not and actually use her, hence her systems and condition is immaculate.
The Thornycroft T90 36hp diesel engine that powers the Moody 36 is immaculate with regular services and a full schedule of maintenance since the current owners have had her.
If you are looking for a comfortable cruiser that gives good performance at an affordable price then this Moody 36 should certainly be one for your list of yachts.
