Moody 35 Centre Cockpit for sale.  Fin keel version fitted with a 35hp Thornycroft diesel engine giving a very economical 6 knots cruising speed under power. Sloop rigged with battened mainsail, stack-pack and lazyjacks, furling genoa and storm jib.
Full electronics package including radar and autopilot.
Accommodation for six in three cabins including the saloon. Teak interior joinery. Single heads compartment accessible from the aft cabin or saloon. Well equipped galley including refrigerator.
Inventory icludes liferaft, full cockpit enclosure tent, electric windlass, Shorepower, inverter etc etc.

Accommodation

Sleeps 7 in 3 double and 1 single berth in three cabins

Ardic cabin heating throughout.

Teak interior joinery.

Fore cabin has twin V-berth with infill to convert to double.  There is a hanging locker aft of the berth with a vanity unit.

The Saloon is light and airy with an 'L' shaped settee to starboard (converting to double berth) and a single settee to port, with a large centrally mounted folding leaf dining table.  Storage is provided outboard of the settee berths and in locker and shelving units above.  There is an opening deck hatch and ventilators.  The saloon upholstery was replaced in 2010.


The navigation area is situated aft of the saloon on the port side.  Aft of the chart table is the oilskin hanging locker.

The galley is situated aft of the saloon on the starboard side and is equipped with an Eno Le-Chef 3-burner cooker with oven and grill, Waeco 12v refrigerator, twin sinks and ample storage

The aft cabin has double berth and ample stowage.


The heads compartment contains Jabsco electric marine toilet (2006), separate shower area and hand basin.  En Suite access is provided to the aft cabin.
