Built my Moody in 1984 to a Bill Dixon design. Standing rigging last updated in 1994. Can be done prior to sale or negotiation. Very tidy spacious boat, presented in cood condition. Viewing recommended.
Accommodation
Consists of 5 berths in 2 cabins: V berth to forepeak with shelves and stowage, settee berth in saloon and quarter berth (cosy double). Galley consists of 2 burner Plastimo Neptune 2000 gas cooker with oven and grill, stainless steel sink with cold water supply and coolbox. Seperate heads compartment with sea toilet and wash hand basin.
Mechanical and Rigging
1 x Volvo 18hp Diesel engine, Shaft drive, Tiller steering, Cruise speed approx 5 knots, Top speed approx 6 knots, approx 16 galls fuel capacity in steel tank, approx 18 galls water capacity. (Complete overhaul by Volvo dealer in 2004 to include re-bore, new pistons bearings and seals, also new engine mountings and stern gland assembly.) Kemp aluminium mast, Kemp alloy booms, 1 x pole, 2 x slab reefing, Rotostay SIR genoa, 1 main and 1 genoa, 2 x Lenmar 16 2 speed sheet winches, 3 x Lenmar 16 single speed halyard winches on mast, Also cruising chute and pole.

Shore-line compact SX25 radio (1999), Nasa Target echosounder (2000), Garmin GPS 128 (1999), Raytheon ST 1000 (two, one new in 2004 with remote), Windex, Plastimo contest compass, Volvo sumlog, Clock & Barometer. Fire equipment, Manual bilge pump, Bruce 7.5Kg anchor with chain of 12 metres 8mm, 25 metre warps, fenders, 2 x boathooks, stainless steel bathing ladder, lifebuoy, dodgers new in 2000, spray hood new in 2000.
