Broker Remarks
Built 1983, commissioned 1984. 2 owners from new, the original owners had a very large storage area in lieu of the starboard quarter berth which has also enabled the galley area to be larger than standard. The hull and deck moulding are in first class condition and it is evident that the boat has been really well looked after by both owners. She is now for sale as the owner wishes to purchase a larger yacht.
Accommodation
V berth forward which converts into a double berth, port and starboard settee berths, saloon table with two lift up leaves. Galley to starboard with 2 burner gas cooker ,grill and oven, stainless steel sink, coolbox. Extremely large storage area where the quarter berth is normally located. Large toilet compartment with sea water toilet and washbasin to port. Teak and holly floor in the toilet and by the galley and companionway.
Mechanical and Rigging
Volvo MD7B twin cylinder 18hp diesel. 12v battery. 16 gallons diesel in 1 tank, 30 gallons water in 2 tank Alloy mast and boom with stainless steel standing rigging. Lucas mainsail, Hood furling genoa, North crusing shute with snuffer. mainsail cover (2004)
