Broker Remarks

This Macwester Wight offers excellent value for money, yes there are a number of items that need to be addressed on this yacht but nothing that a little tlc and some equipment won't sort out! The benefits of this yacht are the very good condition sails which were replaced in 2003 and in excellent condition and have been very lightly used. The cloth is still stiff and they look like they hold a good shape. The owner also had a new Beta Marine 37.5hp diesel engine fitted in 2008 and he had a new main mast and standing rigging for both masts in 2012!. The boat was also re-gel coated in 2003 and looks like she will polish up well! All together with these improvements that have been carried out and a little bit more work she will be a fantastic yacht for somebody who has a tight budget but doesn't mind being hands-on with boat preparation for the sailing season.
