Broker Remarks

A lovely fast yacht, even in very light winds, you're in control. The Sun Odyssey 36.2 ease of handling adds to the pleasure of merely being onboard. Compared to her competitors of about the same size the 36.2 is probably the fastest. The beamy aft section gives excellent downwind performance as it increases buoyancy.
A pedestal steering wheel and a cockpit table add to the feeling of being on a more significant yacht. The hull and deck have great live-aboard capabilities. There is ample standing headroom of 1,90 m (6'4") throughout the main salon. This Jeanneau is the classic three cabin and salon version. The teak woodwork is crafted traditionally to give an exceptional finish. Solid wood mouldings are attractive and practical. The yacht has been used only by his actual owner who sailed the yacht from Scottland to Portugal.

Accommodation

This is the very popular three cabins Layout with the primary cabin being in the bow that has a double bed. The yacht has a good size salon with U-shaped sofa to starboard and saloon table. To port, you will find a long couch and chart table. She also has port side heads and shower compartment. The L-shaped galley to starboard with stove with oven, sink, and a fridge is always a perfect combination. In the aft two cabins, both have double beds and wardrobes. A good size cockpit is standard with a steering wheel and teak laid cockpit floor.

Hot water (2017), Heating diesel system (2017), four winches HARKEN, Electric windlass, Life-raft Offshore for four people. The standing rigging was replaced in 2013. Dinghy AVON with the outboard engine Yamaha is included(2017). This Yacht is in excellent condition.
