Broker Remarks
The Jeanneau Fantasia is a good all-rounder offering good accommodation and seaworthiness in a compact size. She's small enough for two to handle but at a push could accommodate up to 5 whilst still measuring only 8.3m. She has a modern open interior layout with large aft cabin, separate aft heads and a proper chart area and galley. Easy to sail and renowned for their performance. This yacht has had only two previous owners.
Accommodation
The accommodation offers up to five berths. Small V berth forward in open plan saloon with a U-shaped dinette with 5 ft 10 in headroom. The saloon has a fixed table with drop leaves. The upholstery is a mixed brown/beige colour Chart table to starboard with galley opposite.
The galley has a two burner gas hob with grill, and coolbox. Sink with manually pumped cold water supply. Separate heads compartment with marine toilet and washbasin. Hanging locker. Aft cabin with double berth and hanging locker.

Mechanical Systems
Located behind the companionway, Yanmar 1GM single cylinder 9hp diesel engine. Electric start. Seawater cooled. Shaft drive to a two bladed fixed propeller. Single lever control. 27 litre steel fuel tank giving approximately 120 mile range at 5 knots cruising speed. Maximum speed under power 6 knots. Engine last professionally serviced in February 2022 cylinder head overhauled, diesel pump and injectors checked.

History & Construction
Built in 1983 by Jeanneau to a design by Philippe Harle. White GRP hull with style stripes. Alloy toe rails. White GRP superstructure with moulded non-slip to deck. Lifting keel. Transom hung rudder with tiller steering. Aft self draining cockpit. This yacht was last out of the water in June 2021 when she was antifouled, anodes changed and the hull polished. This yacht has had permateak fitted in the cockpit and was epoxied from new. The owner is selling due to poor health.
