Broker Remarks

"Indigo" is a beautifully maintained and updated version of this classic 1970's cruiser. She was built by Tyler Mouldings and Hartley Marine for cruising rather than racing and has had a great deal of money lavished on her over the years - all of which is readily apparent in her immaculate condition. You would be hard-pressed to find a better example of a Hustler 35!

Accommodation

A beautiful custom-built teak interior, with many skillfully crafted lockers, drawers and shelves. Navy blue upholstery throughout, new in 1996 and still in good condition. Nylon covers for wet passage protection of all saloon upholstery. Brass interior lights throughout the boat – all new within last 6 years. Forecabin:- 2 x single berths with folding leeboards, or infill to make large double berth; lockers and drawers below. Heads:- Lavac toilet and stainless steel basin; several lockers; hanging locker and drawers/lockers opposite. Saloon:- Centre-line table with 2 x flaps; U-shaped settee to port, converts to double berth; settee/single berth to starboard with folding leeboard; pilot berth to starboard with leecloth; lockers on both sides. Chart table with seat to port; electronics panel outboard of chart table, hinged for access to wiring; drawers below chart table; wet locker aft of chart table. Galley to starboard, complete with: cooker with 2 x top burners, grill & oven; Isotherm fridge (2003); stainless steel sink with fresh and sea water pumps; lockers and drawers.

Solid laminate GRP; lead keel; rudder with full length skeg - tiller steering. Light blue AwlGrip polyurethane coated topsides. Preventative epoxy coating below the waterline (mid-1980's). Antifoul stripped and laminate checked 1996. Coppercoat epoxy coated 1996; now antifouled with International Optima (April 2008). Teak in cockpit; Flexiteek deck (2007).
