Designed by the renowned German Frers design house and built to the exacting standards of Hallberg-Rassy, Jubilate Deo offers a strong pedigree. This yacht combines quality craftsmanship with a modern sail plan which allows for push button sailing courtesy of this optional extra being specification form new with a full hydraulic rig. With in mast furling hydraulic mainsail, hydraulic furling headsail and electric winches handling this large yacht is made very easy for a couple. Below deck Jubilate Deo has been kept fastidiously and has arguably the most desirable configuration.

Jubilate Deo is a particularly nice example of the Hallberg-Rassy 46 due to two main factors, firstly the high specification of equipment that she was built with and secondly the light amount of use that she has received. 

Accommodation

Accommodation:-
Comfortably accommodated below deck, on this Halberg-Rassy 46 eight people can sleep in three cabins. In addition to the cabins, the saloon can be utilised for additional overnight berths. Beautifully crafted throughout Jubilate Deo is built with solid mahogany. Hallbury-Rassy is known for attention to details and unique craftsmanship. Maintained to the highest standards Her original condition is replicated in the way she has loved. Varnished teak sole boards that have been protected with a fitted blue carpet throughout with contrasting light inlays. Below deck, finished with blue upholstery and Beige curtains she has a classic, timeless, yet sophisticated atmosphere about her. 
A further benefit to her warm feel, the two Eberspacher hot air heating systems will keep you toasty warm. With outlets in all the cabins, heads in and saloon.

Saloon:-
She has a classic layout having a chart table on the port side aft. Jubilate Deo has a large offset and extendable table that still allows a walkway forward on the Portside of the main saloon. There is a generous U shaped seating area on the Portside. A bench seat works well to starboard with ample storage lockers above the seating on both port and sbd sides. The starboard bench seating can be converted into a sea berth having a lee cloth fitted to the underside. Electronic features in the saloon being a Fusion iPod stereo system (with remote control in the aft cabin). A Samsung 20" LCD TV with a remote DVD player located in a starboard side locker, this is connected to a Glowmax antenna. A Wemple Clock and Barometer is mounted forward on the bulkhead.

Galley:-
The U shaped kitchen to the starboard side of this yacht is tastefully finished with Corian worktops. Replaced in 2017, she has a gimbaled Force 10 three burner oven with integrated grill. Above the oven is an opening porthole to assist venting when cooking. Replaced in 2013, the galley also has a large top loading refrigerator with a digital thermostat. Twin sinks are served by a pressurised hot and cold water system, and this system has a back up with a foot pump that takes seawater through a Seagull 4 water purifier. In addition, there is a freezer located neatly behind the chart table.

Master Aft Cabin with Ensuite Compartment:-
A generous master owners aft cabin with ensuite head and separate shower compartment are accessed from the cabin door just behind the chart table. This cabin is a significant feature of the favoured blue water centre cockpit configuration of this yacht. The cabin makes a comfortable long-term room with this its large island double bed. With 1.92m in the cabin, the room is very well proportioned. A dressing table with mirror along with plenty of storage and an integral seat on the port side helps to make this an area that will make you feel very comfortable. There is also an opening hatch that allows a good flow of fresh air. The forward heads being positioned on the starboard side at the front of the main saloon. Jabsco marine toilets along with the usual hand basin vanity unit and separate shower finish the heads compartments very well. Forward Cabin:- The large forward cabin has a double V berth with optional infill so it can be utilised a twin bed. This cabin also has ample storage with good size lockers along the port and stbd sides of the hull, including a hanging locker. There is also an opening hatch in the is n opening hatch in the cabin allows plenty of fresh air to circulate the cabin. 

Portside Forward Cabin:-
The forward's cabin is located towards the bow. This cabin has two excellent bunk berths. Both berths have lee clothes fitted, and the upper bunk will fold away making for the more flexible use of this space. Some owner uses this cabin only for extra storage. The forward cabin also benefits significantly form hanging storage and an integral side table including an opening hatch. 

Heads:-
The forward heads are on the forward starboard side they are well equipped with a Jabsco marine toilet, hand basin with vanity unit and a good size shower compartment.
