Broker Remarks

Beneteau Oceanis 411 for sale. This is the owners version with twin aft cabins. and large owners cabin with en suite foreward. OCEAN APPEAL is an easily handled, moderately fast boat with a very nicely finished interior, big enough for long passage making.  An impressive feature is the large cockpit, with a decent sized central table that makes it easy to brace yourself in position when the boat is well heeled and is great for alfresco dining. Walk-through transom that is ideal both for swimming from the boat when the weather allows and for safe boarding from a dinghy.
Engine serviceed this year, Standing rigging replaced 2016, Harken furling system 2016.  Kemp Performance Cruise, mainsail and genoa.  All navigation instrumentation repeated in cockpit.  Sleeps six in three separate cabins.
