This yacht has been very well cared for by her present owners and has been berthed and sailed locally. She is a good example of a spacious family cruiser and viewing is highly recommended. SERVICE HISTORY: Built by Beneteau Yachts of France in 1999 with a white GRP hull. Green livery and cove line, she has a centre cockpit and hydraulic wheel steering. Accommodation
Standard 36CC interior layout, 1 x double berth forward, 2 x single berths in main saloon. Galley in port gangway consisting of Jabscoe toilet. 1 x double berth in owners aft cabin. The spacious saloon includes central double-leaf table, DVD player, tasteful sea-green well-kept upholstry with dark wood and cupboards. GALLEY: Two burner gas stove, grill and oven. Stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressurised water. 8 piece crockery set, 12 volt fridge, 130 ltr portable cold box with baskets and other ample storage compartments and cupboards. Eberspacher cabin heating.
Mechanical and Rigging
Volvo 40hp diesel engine, shaft drive to a three blade propellor, 2 x 12v batteries alternator and shorepower charged. Anodised aluminium Sparcraft mast and boom with stainless steel rigging and twin spreaders. Slab reefing main with stack pack, roller furling genoa both Technique Voile. 2 x Lewmar 44 sheet winches, 1 x Lewmar 30 winch, 1 x mast winch. Adjustable sheet tracks for main and genoa.

Navigation lights, compass, B&G speed/wind/log. B&G autopilot. Icom VHF, Valsat GPS. Raymarine C80 Radar/chart plotter fitted with charts on Scanstut mounting. Also Tsunami navigator with charts and GPS with laptop interface. Stereo/radio/CD 16kg Brittany anchor with chain and warp, fixed screen and sprayhood, sail cover, warps, Beneteu toerails, 6 x fenders and boarding ladder. SAFETY EQUIPMENT: Electric and manual bilge pumps, jackstays, guardwire, pulpit and pushpit. Lifebuoy, gas detector and Danbuoy. Seago four-man liferaft.
