Broker Remarks

'XS' is a lovely example of this popular Beneteau Oceanis 352 Clipper. This cruiser/racer is fitted with a fully battened mainsail with stack pack and lazy jack, furling genoa and all lines led aft to the generous cockpit complete with self-tailing winches, thus enabling her to be sailed relatively short-handed whilst still providing great performance. Below decks 'XS' features 3 good size double cabins, well-equipped galley and heads.

The boat appears to have been extremely well maintained by her current and her previous owner. The condition of the internal joinery is, in the broker's opinion, excellent. 'XS' is in super condition throughout and well equipped. Lying afloat near our office. The present owner is selling due to a change in personal circumstances. The broker has no hesitation to recommend viewing.

Accommodation

3 double berths in 4 cabins.

  • Separate head compartment with sea toilet. Note the current owner removed the shower tap, but this can easily be reinstated by the new owner if required.
  • Cabins relined, new upholstery and foams in last few years.
