2010 Beneteau Oceanis Elegance 31
The Beneteau Oceanis 31 Elegance version, launched in 2011, is the hugely popular starting point in the Beneteau range. She features a real "big boat" feel which belies her size, with generous accommodation and plenty of cockpit space. This is a very well equipped Beneteau Oceanis 31, including heating, GPS plotter, AIS, Bimini, electric windlass and in-mast furling mainsail. A 2017 survey report is available on request. Just been antifouled March 2021 ready for the season.
Accommodation
The Beneteau Oceanis 31 sleeps up to 6 in 2 double cabins and the saloon, comprising:
- Fwd cabin with double berth with infill, deep mattress. Hanging locker and opening hatch
- The saloon is finished in mahogany trim with a drop leaf table, 2 single settee berths with storage behind and shelving with fiddle rail. Opening hatch and hull portlights
- Moving aft to port is the L shaped galley with 2 burner cooker with oven, twin SS sinks with hot and cold pressurised water, cool box with fridge plate and small freezer compartment, ample storage for pots pans and crockery.
- Opposite is the chart table with storage within, space for instruments and electrical panel
- Finally, is the spacious head compartment with Jabsco sea toilet, moulded basin with hot and cold water, shower with drain pump
- Aft cabin has a king size double berth with hanging locker

Mechanical Systems:
The Beneteau Oceanis 31 is powered by a single 2010 Yanmar 3YM20 three-cylinder 21hp diesel engine 290 hours, last service August 2020. Shaft drive to a fixed three bladed propeller. Last out of water over the winter of 2020/2021
Electrical Systems:
2 x 12-volt 75 Ah August 2017 domestic batteries, 1 x 12-volt 86Ah August 2017 engine battery. Charging from the engine alternator and 240-volt battery charger. Shore power connection with 240-volt ring main.

Built by Group Beneteau in December 2010 and launched in March 2011. Cast iron fin keel. Blue grp hull with style stripes. White grp coachroof with moulded non-skid decks. cockpit stowage lockers. Teak slatted cockpit benches. Wheel steering console comprising: stainless steel grabrail, position for holding navigation instruments, engine control panel and leather to wheel. Balanced rudder. Self-draining cockpit. Teak to cockpit seats. Stainless steel rails and guard wires. Teak toe rails. This yacht has been very lightly used and is presented in very good condition. Last out of the water March 2021 when hull was polished, anodes changed and antifouled.
