Broker Remarks
The Beneteau First 36s7 was quite a radical contemporary design when new and still looks as good today as she did then. The Jean Berret design has made this a good quick cruiser even by todays standards. With her light blue hull and bright white deck she's benefitted from having the same owner for the last 10 years who's looked after her well. She's ready to be sailed away by a new owner and viewing is recommended.
Please note there are some blisters above the waterline in the painted hull thought by the owner to be when it was released from the mould. Accommodation
All interior woodwork finished in cherry. Drop leaf saloon table with fiddle rails, drinks locker in centre part of table and small open sided locker beneath. Heater outlet and 3 x 12 volt lights.
Galley (to port): Two opening side ports with roller blinds. Upper shelf outboard with three lockers below, one containing shelf and cutlery divider another plate storage pegs. Work unit with two round stainless steel sinks, one with inset timber chopping board. Pressurised hot and cold water supply. Large 12 volt, top access refrigerator with small freezer compartment inside. ENO 2 burner gimballed gas cooker with oven, stainless steel galley crash bar. Two under sink lockers, first with three slide out stainless steel storage baskets, second large curved locker with waste bin, small storage rack and pumps access. Top access locker under cooker and three shelved locker aft, 2 X 12 volt lights. Strip light above cooker.
