'Dead Calm', 1988 Beneteau first 305 sailboat with good performance, roomy accommodation and full standing head room. Sleeps six in three cabins.Since purchased in 2007 the sailboat has had new; cooker, port holes (a couple not yet installed), windows (one not yet installed but window and frame on board), New wooden floor through out, vang, sail cover, ceiling wood, silver engine fire proofing, electric pump, new water tanks, navigation equipment, depth sounder, new lights through out, and the whole sailboat re-upholstered.
